About Ricky HillRicky Hill is a former FBI executive and security professional with over 35 years of experience leading domestic and international counterterrorism, intelligence, criminal enterprise investigations, and security operations.During his distinguished FBI career, Ricky conducted and managed complex investigations involving counterterrorism, counterintelligence, organized crime, and international drug trafficking organizations. He served in leadership positions overseeing high-profile investigations and multidisciplinary teams dedicated to protecting the United States from evolving national security threats.
He concluded his FBI career as a Senior FBI Representative assigned to the CIA Counterterrorism Center (CTC), where he worked closely with senior FBI and CIA executives to strengthen interagency collaboration, develop investigative strategies, and provide policy guidance on critical counterterrorism matters. Prior to this assignment, Ricky served as a Senior Manager responsible for directing FBI international counterterrorism investigations involving the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and Latin America. Today, Ricky draws on his extensive law enforcement, intelligence, and security leadership experience to help organizations strengthen their security posture through risk assessments, emergency preparedness, crisis management, and security training. His practical, mission-focused approach equips businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations with strategies to protect their people, facilities, operations, and critical information.
