Ricky Hill

Rick Hill is a retired FBI executive and security professional with more than 35 years of experience leading domestic and international counterterrorism, counterintelligence, criminal enterprise investigations, and security operations.
During his distinguished FBI career, Rick conducted and managed complex investigations involving counterterrorism, counterintelligence, organized crime, and international drug trafficking organizations. He concluded his FBI service as the Senior FBI Representative to the CIA Counterterrorism Center (CTC), where he advised senior FBI and CIA executives on counterterrorism strategy, interagency coordination, investigative priorities, and national security policy.
Earlier in his FBI career, Rick served as a Unit Chief responsible for directing international counterterrorism investigations involving the Middle East, Africa, Canada, and Latin America, leading collaborative efforts to identify and disrupt terrorist threats to the United States and its allies.
Following his retirement from the FBI, Rick joined the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as Associate Director, where he established and led the department's Counterintelligence and Cyber Threat Programs. In this role, he directed initiatives designed to detect, deter, and mitigate national security and cyber threats while strengthening the department's overall security posture.
Rick also represented HHS on several national security initiatives, including:

• National Security Council Information Sharing Environment (ISE) Program
• Global Cybersecurity Subcommittee for Critical Infrastructure Security & Resilience
• National Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) Subcommittee
• Co-Chair, Alert, Warning & Notification Subcommittee, helping develop national standards for emergency communications and public warning systems
